Refunds and Cancellations 

Please notify all cancellations and transfer requests by email at info@projectparadigm.com.au or call us on 07 5438 3000. 

Replacement Delegates: 

You may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your place at any time, without charge. 

Cancellation and transfer of registration

If you notify us in writing more than 3 working days prior to the event you may choose to: 

(a) Obtain a credit for future use (valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for a refund)       

(b) Obtain a full refund 

(c) Transfer to another available event. 

If you wish to amend your registration and notify us in writing within 1 – 3 working days prior to the event, you will be charged an administration fee of $50. No cancellations or refunds within 3 days of the event will be permitted.

 Project Paradigm® intends to run all programs as advertised but reserves the right to change the programs without notice and to cancel or postpone if we choose. If cancelled or postponed, we will offer a transfer or a full refund or credit.
